Warm weather and sun have returned to my state, so I'll be able to start taking more photos (trust me, you don't want to see the crappy ones taken indoors at the barn). I also got a new camera (Canon Digital Rebel XSi) so hopefully the new photos will be a little clearer and easier to manip and reference. That is, if I make it through the user manual and figure out how to use it properly xD

Now then. On to the amended rules. Changes are in bold.


1. Please give me credit! If used here on DA, you only need to credit in notes. If used outside of DA, please credit on the image itself.

2. As stated, you MAY use these outside of DeviantArt but please credit! If used outside of DA, please do not link me to the game/site you are using it on. Many of these require login and I do not play every game on the internet.

3. These can be used in photo manips, banners, images, as references for artwork, whatever. Use your imagination!

4. Please don't use these to make overly violent or overly graphic images. Most of them are of my own horse or horses where I board, so I don't really want to see them dissected or anything.

5. Please comment or note me if you use them! I'd love to see what you've done with my horses.

6. You may sell prints of the manips you make using my photos, or of images you draw using my photos as a reference via DeviantArt ONLY. Please do not use my photos for commercial purposes (ie in advertising, professional website design, magazines, catalogs, etc) without speaking to me FIRST. If you wish to use any of these photos in a professional and commercial capacity, I would be happy to work out a price for use.

7. DO NOT just take the photo in its entirety and post/use it. Put a little work into it to make it yours!
